What it costs

One price. The whole game.

Free to play

The complete game is free until 31 December 2026.

There is no payment page yet, and nobody is being charged anything. These are the prices that will apply afterwards, published now so that nobody who claims a homeworld today is surprised later.

You buy the complete game, and nothing else is ever sold. No cosmetics, no boosts, no premium universe, no way to pay for information or for power — because in a game about what nobody knows about you, selling an advantage would be selling the point.

The prices

The same game in every case. A longer term costs less per month, and that is the only difference between them.

All prices include VAT and are the same everywhere in the world. What you see is what you pay: nothing is added at checkout, and no figure changes depending on the country you are in.

It takes an email and a name. Nothing is charged today, and no payment details are asked for.

The free period, and what a founder keeps

The game is free to play until 31 December 2026. Anyone whose account exists before that date is a founder: free play up to the deadline, and one further month beyond it. Anyone arriving later gets one month as a trial from their own start. Both are written onto the account the day it is created and never recomputed — if the date moves afterwards, nobody already registered gains or loses a day.

What you get

The complete game: every world, every ship, every technology, every mechanic — and every one that is added later. There is no tier above this one, and there is not going to be.

What is never sold

This is not a promise about today's shop. It is the shape of the game, and it is why there is no shop:

Why there is a price at all

Because the alternative is worse. A free game has to make its money somewhere, and the two usual places are selling power and selling attention: the first breaks a game built on informational asymmetry, the second fills it with advertising. A flat fee that everybody pays is the only arrangement in which your advantage stays something you earned. The fog is not for sale.

Auto-renew, and how to stop it

A subscription renews by itself at the end of its term, so that a game running in real time does not stop because a date passed. You can cancel at any moment, from your account, and keep playing until the term you have already paid for runs out. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

The full terms are in the terms and conditions.
